Ideal Use

Prepare a classic sponge cake for breakfast, afternoon tea or dessert. Dust with the included icing sugar, or slice and fill with fruit jam, chocolate spread, pastry cream, whipped cream or fresh berries.

For preparation, add 125 g butter, 3 medium eggs and 80 ml milk. For best results, use ingredients at room temperature.
