🍰 PREPARATION

1. Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.
2. Add the cake mixture, 125g butter, 3 medium eggs and 80ml milk to a mixing bowl.
3. Beat at maximum speed for 4 minutes.
4. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 24cm cake tin and level the surface.
5. Bake for 40–50 minutes, checking the centre with a skewer.
6. Allow the cake to cool for approximately 10 minutes, then remove from the tin.
7. Dust with the supplied icing sugar before serving.
