Each pack includes 2 generous bases (250g each), prepared with carefully selected ingredients like type ‘0’ soft wheat flour, microfiltered sea water (3%), and 27% sourdough starter. The result is a pizza base that is light, aromatic, and naturally flavourful—ideal for high-temperature baking with your favourite sauces, cheeses, and vegetables.
Unlike standard pizza doughs, Vallefiorita uses sea water instead of regular table salt, providing a more delicate, mineral-rich flavour. The addition of extra virgin olive oil and natural flavouring enhances both aroma and mouthfeel.
These bases are pre-baked and packaged in a protective atmosphere, keeping them fresh without the need for refrigeration before opening. After opening, store in the fridge and consume within 24 hours. No preservatives or artificial colours are used—just honest, high-quality ingredients.
