Hoplà UHT Whipping Cream Alternative 200 ml is a sweetened long-life plant-based preparation, formulated with non-hydrogenated vegetable fats to deliver excellent whipping stability and volume. This product has been developed to offer consistent performance and versatility when used for desserts, cake decoration, pastry fillings, gelato, semifreddo and patisserie applications. Although plant-based in fats, it contains milk proteins, which help structure and firmness after whipping.
For optimal results, chill the product before whipping until it reaches +4°C / +6°C. It can be whipped using high-speed mixers, industrial whipping machines or ice-cream sorbet machines. It can also be combined with pastry cream, chocolate, hazelnut, flavourings and more. Hoplà is also produced gluten-free, suitable for people with gluten intolerance.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3–4 days.
