Green Tagliatelle with Spinach 500g from Pastificio Fiorillo is a traditional Calabrian artisan pasta made from high-quality durum wheat semolina and natural spinach powder. Bronze-drawn and slow-dried, the pasta develops a porous texture that holds sauces beautifully while maintaining a firm, reliable al dente bite.

The elegant green colour enhances both everyday dishes and special meals, offering a subtle earthy flavour that complements creamy, buttery or vegetable-based sauces. This spinach tagliatelle is especially well-suited to classic combinations such as mushroom and cream, gorgonzola, ricotta, butter and sage, or seafood.

How to use:
