Baked in Roverè Veronese in the heart of the Veneto region, these biscuits combine simple, honest ingredients – wheat flour, 26% eggs, sugar and a touch of natural flavouring – to produce a ladyfinger that is crisp and sugar-dusted on the outside yet soft and yielding within.

Serving Suggestion – Classic Tiramisu
Savoiardi are traditionally used to make tiramisu. Briefly dip each biscuit in cold espresso (sweetened to taste), layer in a dish, cover with mascarpone cream and dust with unsweetened cocoa powder. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
